Our Director is a Chartered Engineer (India) with a goal of transforming VSES into a top class engineering service provider. Her passion in developing Customer centric solutions and strong technical expertise have steered the growth of VSES. She drives sustainable initiatives like delivery process excellence, Customer and program management. She possesses strong Customer relation skills and she maintains a process and results oriented approach.
She is a Structural Engineer by profession. She did her Masters in Structural Engineering under Anna University, Chennai. She has got more than 20 years of working experience in the design and construction of various types of structures in the domain of civil and structural engineering. Her working career spans through prestigious organizations like Larsen & Toubro Ltd (Chennai), Mabani Steel (UAE) etc. She has taken key responsibilities in the execution of several projects in UAE and India.
V. Alwin Rojer Binni M.E (Structures) M.AISC (USA) M.ASCE (USA) M.ICE (UK) M.IE (India)
Our Director is a Professional Engineer (India),Chartered Engineer (India) and a global executive with business experience in India, UAE as well as United States. His expertise extends to general management, strategic marketing and business development. He takes a personal interest in understanding the aspirations of each individual and is focused on continually improving the skills and capabilities of the organization. He has a strong track record of establishing and managing a large client engagement with Indian, UAE, UK and US clients.
He is Structural engineer by profession and holds a Master degree in Structural Engineering from the prestigious Anna University, Chennai. He is an active member of American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He has around 21 years of experience in design and construction of various types of structures Like Aircraft Hangers, Airport terminal Buildings, Multi storey structures, shopping malls and industrial buildings. He has successfully managed and executed hundreds of projects so far.
Naveed Chilwan D.M.E
The Detailing Manager holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He has got wide detailing experience of around 18 years in Steel industry. He is expertise in steel structure detailing and checking (Built up and hot rolled) using TEKLA structures and AUTOCAD, and preparing bill of materials (BOM). He is capable of handling multiple projects in parallel, by sticking to the schedule of release to the clients. He does complete checking of the detailing outputs of each and every building and also attend Clients in case if it is required.
Julaiha B.E (Civil)
The Asst.Manager holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. She has a strong knowledge in civil engineering softwares like Staadpro, PROKON,LIMCON and ETABS. She possesses extensive experience in the design and construction of residential projects as well as Industrial structures. She deals with clients to gather job details, gives technical suggestions for an economical output and then pass the required information to the design engineers. Based on job requirements, she attends client meetings. She is an inevitable part of the “PEB literacy program” conducted by VSES.
Sridhar B.E (Civil)
The Design Team Leader holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. He is a veteran in design of all kinds of structures using STAAD Pro . He handles the design of all types of complex structures and also checks the work done by other Junior engineers. He plays a prominent role in checking of TEKLA model and give technical advice to Detailing engineers in design aspect. He is well versed with Indian, British and American codes and standards.With strong technical skills, he is instrumental in deploying capability and skill development for VSES.
Sakthidasan B.E (Civil)
The Design Team Leader holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. He is an asset of VSES who works hard to meet the client requirements and plan the tasks to deliver the works in required time. He has a sound technical knowledge in design softwares like STAAD Pro, LIMCON, IDEA Statica.He verifies the TEKLA models in design viewpoint and gives suggestion to ease fabrication, simplify connections and reduce fabrication time. Based on job nature and requirement,he visits project site and extend support for the execution team.
Poovarasi Muthuraj B.E (Civil)
The Senior Design & Estimation Engineer holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. She is expertise in design of all kinds of structures using STAAD Pro.She is also skilled for preparing estimates for all types of steel as well as RCC buildings. Apart from estimation, she is specialized in hot rolled/conventional steel structures design with Indian, British, European and American standards. She has given strength to VSES by working on few American projects independently.
Ganesh B.E (Civil)
The Senior Design & Estimation Engineer holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. He has a strong knowledge in civil engineering softwares like Staadpro, AUTOCAD and LIMCON. Being well versed with Indian and American standards, he plays a vital role in the analysis and design of steel structures.He also handles all kinds of estimation jobs and checks proposal drawings as per the client requirements.
Mohammed Sabdar Kadar Kazi
The Senior Detailing Engineer has got an experience of 10 years in Steel/PEB industry. He independently works on modelling part of a structure and verifies the modelling works done by juniors. He works hard to meet the committed schedule and plan the tasks so that the delivery schedule do not go beyond the target date. He also coordinates with fabrication team and project site team whenever it is required.
Chand Mohammed
The Senior Detailing Engineer has got an experience of 8 years in Steel/PEB industry. He takes the sole responsibility of modelling the structure, extracting fabrication sketches with actual bill of materials and issuing erection drawings which is good for Construction.He also checks and assures the model created by other junior detailers and pass on comments so as to correct the model.
